Effective April 1, 2024, I am a contracted provider with American Specialty Health (ASH). ​ American Specialty Health administers benefits for many insurance carriers including some Aetna Health of California, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Health Net, Humana, Kaiser Permanente and others plans not listed. To verify your coverage, please click the link below and provide your name, date of birth, insurance information (front and back of your card), the subscriber's name and date of birth and the reason for the acupuncture appointment, I will verify your insurance coverage and contact you.  

 

For all other plans I am considered an out-of-network provider. I am happy to verify your insurance coverage and if you have acupuncture benefits, I will submit your claim. If you would like to utilize your medical benefits, please click the link to email your insurance information. Include your name, date of birth, insurance information (front and back of your card), the subscriber's name and date of birth and the reason for the acupuncture appointment.

 

​I offer a time-of-service discount as listed under the Services page. I accept FSA/HSA cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, and cash. I am happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
